How does the Drone Repair process work? 

 

Step 1: Create a very detailed video of all the damage by walking around your drone. Take a few pictures as well. 

Step 2: With the battery in your drone, connect to your RC (remote control) and download the log file from your last flight when it crashed. This is what DJI needs for any warranty claims.

Step 3: Write a description of how the accident took place and send the description, video, any pictures, and the log file to repairs@avarydrone.com

Step 4: We will send you a repair estimate. If this is a warranty claim we will submit the pictures and log file to DJI. 

Step 5: You approve the repair cost and send the drone to Avary Drone. We fix it and send it back.
