Return Policy
At Avary Drone, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, damaged, or show signs of wear and tear.
- Customized or special order items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.
Warranty
- For defective items or warranty claims please fill out the warranty claim form.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different product or due to defects, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If the item is covered under the manufacturer's warranty we will replace or repair the defective item at our discretion.
