This module fuses LiDAR and millimeter-wave radar to give Matrice 4 Series and Matrice 4D Series aircraft precise obstacle sensing in cluttered industrial environments, including detection of thin structures like 12 mm power grid wires. Weighing approximately 225 to 235 g and rated for -20°C to 50°C operation, it connects through the aircraft's sensing expansion port with an included adapter bracket, and carries an IP55 rating when used on Matrice 4D Series airframes. The added distance measurement and obstacle feedback improve pilot awareness and positioning accuracy during close-range, low-altitude flight.
