Getting your own FAA 44807 exemption and Part 137 certificate takes time. With EZ Fly, you can fly as part of Avary Drone's operations, under our exemption and certificate, in the meantime. Lease one of our drones or bring your own.
How it works

- Get set up. Pick a drone, get your pilots qualified and trained, and get started in DroneTrax.
- Start flying. Do spray work under Avary's FAA 44807 exemption and Part 137 certificate.
- Get your own certificate. When you're ready, move to your own Part 137 and operate on your own. We can help with that too.

FAQ
What is the EZ Fly Program?
EZ Fly lets qualified pilots do spray work as part of Avary Drone's operations, under our FAA Section 44807 exemption and Part 137 certificate, until they have their own.
Do I need my own drone?
No. You can lease an XAG P150, DJI T25P, or DJI T100 from us, or bring your own spray drone if it qualifies.
I'm a farmer spraying my own fields. Is this for me?
Yes. If you fly your own drone and want to be FAA compliant, EZ Fly gives you a legal way to do it while you work on your own certificates.
What do I need to get started?
An FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate, the pesticide applicator licenses your state requires, and insurance. We'll go over the details with you.
Is DroneTrax included?
Yes. DroneTrax is included for quotes, invoicing, flight and chemical records, and FAA reporting.
Can you help me get my own Part 137 certificate?
Yes. We offer an optional FAA Part 137 licensing package for an additional $2,000. Many members complete it while they fly under Avary.
