Return and Refund Policy for AvaryDrone.com

At Avary Drone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a straightforward return policy for most items to provide peace of mind when shopping for drones and related accessories.

Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returned items must be new, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact, including all original accessories, manuals, and components.
  • Items that have been opened, used, activated, charged, flown, or show any signs of wear are not eligible for return (except in cases of manufacturing defects—see Warranty section below).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Opened batteries, propellers, or consumable accessories.
  • Custom-built or personalized drones.
  • Software downloads or activated digital products.

Return Method

  • Returns must be made by mail only (no in-store or drop-off options available).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@avarydrone.com within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item and packaging if requested.
  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the shipping address.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it via a trackable mailing service.
  • Return shipping label: No prepaid return label is provided. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.

Return Shipping Costs, Restocking Fee, and Other Charges

  • Return shipping costs: Paid by the customer (no cost to us for return labels or shipping).
  • Restocking fee: No cost (none applied to eligible returns).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exception for Large/Heavy Items Free return shipping (if applicable for defects) does not apply to large or heavy items that:

  • Are shipped on pallets,
  • Exceed 50 lbs in weight, or
  • Include agricultural drones, agricultural batteries, or drone cones.

For these items, the purchaser is fully responsible for all return shipping costs, even in cases of defects or damage. We recommend contacting us for freight options or quotes before initiating a return.

Refunds

  • Eligible returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • No restocking fee applies to unopened returns.

Defective or Damaged Items / Warranty

  • If your item arrives damaged or is defective, contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) for assistance. Standard returns may qualify for a replacement or refund, but large/heavy items (as defined above) do not qualify for free return shipping.
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to most products—please refer to the product page or included documentation for details.

Exceptions and Changes

  • We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies.
  • For holiday purchases, extended return windows may apply (announced separately on our website).
