We're heading to Miami.
On November 17–18, Avary Drone and DroneTrax will be at ElevateUAV 2026, the drone conference hosted by Drone Nerds at Gulfstream Park. Cedro Toro will be speaking on “Lean Operations for Drone Service Providers,” and the DroneTrax team will be exhibiting.
A drone service business lives or dies on operations: how you dispatch crews, turn aircraft, manage batteries and parts, and keep quality high when the schedule gets busy. This session is about running a tighter DSP — less waste, more flight time, and growth that doesn’t create chaos.
ElevateUAV is built around live outdoor demos and practical sessions, not just booth walks. If you work in agriculture, public safety, inspection, or enterprise UAV work, it’s a good two days to see aircraft in the air and compare notes with other operators.
Come say hello at the DroneTrax booth, and come hear the talk if you’re looking to tighten up how your service business runs.
